Tuition is a major source of income for St. Thomas More Catholic School, along with the parish subsidy. Since the school operates on a very tight budget, timely receipt of tuition payments is essential. Tuition payment reminders are sent according to the plan you agree upon at the time of registration.

The following list shows the tuition payment plans available:

Annually (1 payment)

Semi-Annually (2 payments)

Quarterly (4 payments)

Monthly (10 payments)

We use FACTS Tuition Management service to collect and track tuition payments.  Every family must create a FACTS account and update yearly.  You are able to choose payment dates of the 5th, 15th or end of month.  All payments are pulled via EFT from your checking account (free) or credit card (small fee).  FACTS charges each family a small annual fee ranging from $25-$55 for this service.  

The total tuition cost to in-parish parents is far below the actual cost to the school and the parish. We therefore feel it is important for you to be aware that ST. THOMAS MORE PARISH provides a large financial commitment for school support. Therefore, we ask that you be generous in your SUPPORT OF OUR PARISH.   Families who are parishioners and support the parish receive a discount on their tuition rate.

No student will be refused admission to St. Thomas More Catholic School because of GENUINE INABILITY to pay. Partial tuition assistance must be approved by the Principal and the Pastor. Parents/Guardians contract a moral, if not legal, obligation to pay their tuition and other school bills. If they consistently fail to do so, the school may apply the following sanctions:

• Refusal to re-admit to school at the end of the first semester, any student whose tuition is in arrears.
• Refusal to re-admit to school in September, any student whose past bills are not paid in full.
• Refuse the transfer of records to a new school until all fees are paid in full.
