After your appointment, you can submit the paperwork provided you by the Principal or fill out and submit the Pre-Admittance Form below.  There is a $50 fee per child, which will be paid electronically and securely through PayPal. (The fee will be applied to your tuition, should a space be available and you choose to enroll your child.) Fields marked with * are required. Enter "NA" if a required field does not apply to you.
